RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

Email us at birdiebaesg@gmail.com with your order number, and let us know the item(s) you wish to return/exchange. Please wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the next step.





  

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Full priced items purchased online can be returned for an exchange or credit note
  • Sales items, discounted items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items are not eligible for return
  • Orders placed with discount codes and store credits issued from promotions or credited from previous items returned are not eligible for return
  • A processing fee of $3 will be charged for every apparel item exchanged

Customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to return their online order. 

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
  • Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

BIRDIEBAE SG cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.

 

EXCHANGE:

We offer one exchange for eligible unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 21 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with our return policy.

If you would prefer to exchange your item, you can request this when making your return. If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a store credit in accordance with our return policy.

Sales items, discounted items, accessories and specifically stated non-exchangeable items are not eligible for exchange.

A processing fee of $3 will be charged for every apparel item exchanged.

 

REFUND:

We endeavour to process returns daily Monday - Friday but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, our returns department will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, you'll be refunded via store credits.

Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non refundable.
